I Love Seafood Fest
If you love seafood, this event is for you! On September 13th and 14th, Myrtle Beach will be hosting days filled with live music, cooking demonstrations, and seafood vendors offering delicious dishes and culinary secrets. The festival is free to enter, but there’s a VIP experience available for purchase that includes exclusive perks like a swag bag, seating area, complimentary drinks, and more. 44th Annual Aynor Harvest Hoe-Down Festival
One of the oldest and largest festivals in the Carolinas is returning—Aynor’s Annual Hoe-Down. Established in 1979, the festival started with around 1,000 attendees and has now grown to nearly 25,000. The event features live music, a parade, arts and crafts, an antique car show, and more. The festival will be held on September 21st, with events starting at 10 a.m. and continuing until 8 p.m. Admission is free—just show up and enjoy the fall spirit! Atalaya Arts & Crafts Festival
Over 100 vendors will gather at the Atalaya Castle in Huntington Beach State Park from September 27th to 29th. You’ll find fine art, high-quality crafts, local food, beautiful scenery, and live music throughout the weekend. Vendors will set up displays in and around the castle, allowing you to appreciate amazing craftwork while exploring the former home of Archer and Anna Hyatt Huntington. Food vendors will offer a variety of cuisines, including seafood, barbecue, desserts, and more. Entry to the festival is $10, and it’s free for those 15 and under. The event begins at noon on Friday and concludes at 5 p.m. on Sunday.
20th Annual Irish Italian Festival
Celebrate Irish and Italian cultures with food, games, music, and great company! The Irish Italian Festival kicks off at 10 a.m. on September 28th with live music on both the Irish and Italian stages. Throughout the day, arts and crafts vendors will set up, and street performers will entertain guests. One highlight of the festival is the spaghetti-eating contest, sponsored by Ledo Pizza, and it’s free to enter! Enjoy delicious food from both cultures and have a day filled with fun and laughter.
Beach ‘N Chili Fest
Are you a chili enthusiast? Or maybe you love taste-testing new dishes? Head to Myrtle Beach from September 27th to 29th to try dozens of different chilis, each with its own unique flavor, spice level, and color! Presented by Bush’s Beans, the Beach ‘N Chili Fest is celebrating its 57th year and draws people from all around. Admission is free, and there will also be a car show, live music, special guests, and more. Tasting tickets will be available at the door.
